Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Please remember that vintage clothes have been worn and loved so minor flaws are to be expected. Any major flaws will be listed in the item description. Because great care is taken to provide accurate measurements on each garment, returns due to poor fit are not accepted. Be sure to check all measurements and please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions. If you believe something has been grossly misinterpreted, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Mayflower Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or missing parcels you return. To ensure a safe return please track your packages and request delivery confirmation for all returns. Customers are also responsible for any other additional fees that they may incur outside of Mayflower Supply (ie Paypal fees, credit card fees, customs fees).

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders are processed the following business day when humanly possible, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow extra processing time for international orders.

All merchandise is shipped from Brooklyn, NY and shippings rates are calculated based on your location. All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and international packages are mailed via USPS First Class Mail International and are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. International shipping via UPS is available upon request.

Once an order has left Mayflower Supply, it is in the care of USPS, UPS, and your local postal service. Mayflower Supply is not liable for any errors made by these services including lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping

All international packages up to 4 lbs are mailed USPS First Class International and are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. International shipping via UPS is available upon request. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

International orders may carry extra tariffs or duties that we can not predict. We are not responsible for these fees or delays, and suggest that you contact your local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
